Refund Policy

At Balloon Art Mastery, all products are digital. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please make sure you read the product title, description, and included contents carefully before purchasing.

Refunds may only be granted in the following situations:

1. Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we’ll gladly refund the duplicate order(s).

Please contact us and include the email address used for purchase along with your order details (SEND ALSO THE ORDER NUMBER!).

2. Technical Issue with the Product

If you experience a technical issue with the files, please contact us with clear and specific details about the problem.

To be eligible for a refund, the issue must:

  • be consistently reproducible
  • affect the usability of the product files
  • not be resolvable with our support
  • be supported by sufficient evidence explaining how the issue occurred

Refunds for technical issues will only be considered once enough information has been provided for us to properly review the problem.


Refunds Will Not Be Granted In The Following Situations

We are unable to issue refunds if:

  • You no longer need the product
  • You found another product you prefer
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You do not have the skills, experience, or knowledge required to use the product
  • You do not have the correct tools needed to access the files, when those requirements were stated on the product page
  • You purchased the product by mistake and our system shows that the files were downloaded or accessed
  • You believe the product is “low quality” based on personal opinion (WE HAVE ONLY....ONLY HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS)
  • You experience download issues caused by your own internet connection, device limitations, or download environment
  • You report a technical issue but do not provide enough information or evidence for us to investigate it properly
  • More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase

Important Notes

We reserve the right to review each request individually and determine refund eligibility at our sole discretion.

If you need help before requesting a refund, please contact our support team first. In many cases, technical or access-related issues can be resolved quickly.
